The Outsiders is ok. But I thought the setting was modren day. The gangs were different from the gangs we have today. They wear leather jackets and listen to rock and stuff. The gangs today listen to rap and have tattoos. But in all it's pretty interesting.
Cassadee- I think it is kind of interesting to see how "gangs" have changed over the years. Keep in mind, the Greasers are not a hard core criminal gang, but just a group of guys to look out for each other and refer to each other as their gang. I hope you like the book. - Miss L
