It looks like it takes back in time. What i think that is going to happen in the story, Is that the boys that messed with ponny-boy are going to be getting in alot of fights with ponny-boys friends And brothers. I think that the bigger brother is going to have to teach his brother about self-defence. Only Cause Ponny-boys brothers and his friends are not going to be there all the time. And I also think it is dumb to carrie around a knife with you. Cause that is just asking for more trouble...
Collin- You've made some really good predictions. It is very clear that Darry is worried about Ponyboy being able to take care of himself. I would also agree, that carying a knife is not a good idea. You will see that the decision to cary one does have some pretty serious consequences. -Miss L
