I agree with Cherry, things are bad all over. No matter where you go it's bad because everywhere you need law enforcement to protect the citizens. There are fights all over the world. Pony boy doesn't know what he's talking about. Everywhere you go there is crime.
Justin- do you think life's problems are only crime related? I'm guessing that there is a lot less crime in the socs' neighborhoods, but that doesn't necessarily mean their lives are easier. -Miss L
